When I first arrived the customer service was great. The woman at the desk took me around the space—-showed me the lockers etc. I wasn’t sure about using a locker because I wasn’t sure how it worked to get a lock… worried that it may be a hassle… but it was super easy. You pick a locker key out of an envelope by the front desk and leave a photo ID (license) in the envelope. The # on the key is the number of your locker. The locker room, showers, etc. were super clean. I really like the space.

The journey to motherhood can be one of the most wonderful times in a woman’s life. It can also be a time filled with uncomfortable questions and concerns (why is your belly button doing that?!). From conception to birth plans, prenatal screenings to postpartum visits and midwives to physicians—we’re passionate about finding the path that’s right for you.
Women also understand the relationship between working out and how it can affect everything they do in life. Most major health issues affecting women can be treated or improved by a simple workout plan. Weight loss and cardiovascular exercise help everything from stress and heart disease to diabetes. And don't forget the small, but important "fringe" benefits of fitness such as just feeling better about yourself, having more energy for your family and loved ones and living a life that begins every day by feeling good about getting up and getting moving. 

Entertaining and spending time with my crazy husband, insane family and amazing friends mean everything to me!  The more the merrier! I am inspired in my fitness journey by my youngest son. At age 18, he moved to California, planted a church, went to college and lost over 100 pounds.  Two years later, he ran the San Francisco Marathon and is currently training for the Seattle Marathon. I don’t see a marathon in my future, but I am learning to never say never!
My husband and I became empty nesters 3 ½ years ago and moved to Texas from Washington state.  We planned on being here for 3 years and then going back “home”. I can safely say we fell in love with Rockwall, and this is our new home.  My daughter and her family have since moved here while my oldest and his family live in North Carolina. I am blessed with 3 grandchildren and 6 grand puppies!  I am a very lucky Mema!
