Entertaining and spending time with my crazy husband, insane family and amazing friends mean everything to me!  The more the merrier! I am inspired in my fitness journey by my youngest son. At age 18, he moved to California, planted a church, went to college and lost over 100 pounds.  Two years later, he ran the San Francisco Marathon and is currently training for the Seattle Marathon. I don’t see a marathon in my future, but I am learning to never say never!

This gym is absolutely amazing! It is located in between State Street, Downtown Crossing, and Park Street Stations (which makes it extremely easy to get to). The staff are welcoming, and the owner helpful. They make you feel right at home. Not only is the staff great, but the gym itself is very appealing. There are also fitness classes and personal trainers available. I personally work out there every morning and love every second of it. There is never a wait for machines or any equipment. It is overall a great place if you really want to focus on your work out.
Postmenopausal bleeding is caused by endometrial cancer only 9% of the time, but 91% of women with endometrial cancer have postmenopausal bleeding. For this reason, it’s always important that women have any unusual or postmenopausal bleeding checked by a doctor to rule out endometrial cancer. We provide an independent service to advise, reassure and educate women of all ages about their gynaecological and sexual health, wellbeing and lifestyle concerns. They opened the first Feminist Women's Health Center in Los Angeles, California. They offered self-help groups for the community. The act of taking the speculum into our own hands prompted a raid of the first health center. The Los Angeles police raided the self-help clinic and Carol Downer was charged with practicing medicine without a license. A jury acquitted her.
